Doug Markham—Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Doug Markham is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Forté. Mr. Markham is responsible for all prospective and retrospective programs and services, including bill review, utilization review, case management, integrated managed care plans, Preferred Provider Organization and diagnostic imaging networks. He has over 15 years of industry experience and previously held leadership positions within the managed care industry including Vice President of Network Development for FOCUS Healthcare Management, a Concentra subsidiary. His background includes an emphasis on strategic planning and implementation, managed care sales and marketing, operations and product development.
Mundy Hebert—Senior Vice President, Prospective Services
Mundy Hebert serves as Senior Vice President, Prospective Services for Forté and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Ms. Hebert directs and manages the day-to-day operations of our peer review, case management and utilization review services. She is also responsible for product development and implementation. Previously, she served as Vice President Sales and Marketing for Forté where she directed managed business development and marketing efforts. Ms. Hebert also served as an Account Executive for the company, and focused on account acquisition and management for clients in the workers’ compensation and liability markets. During her career, she has held several sales management positions including Large Group Sales Manager and Senior Sales Associate for Hillhouse Associates.
Chris Moosher—Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Chris Moosher serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Forté. He also serves in the same capacity for Rockport Healthcare Group, our national PPO division; and for ADIN Healthcare, our diagnostic imaging and scheduling services division. As the founder of ADIN, Mr. Moosher has guided the organization’s focus on utilizing radiology guidelines specific to workers’ compensation and continues to retain operational responsibilities for ADIN. He has over 20 years of experience in the managed care industry, and currently oversees all sales and strategic development efforts for Forté, Rockport and ADIN. During his career, he developed a workers’ compensation network product for MedSolutions, a radiology management organization, while serving as the company’s Vice President of National Sales, Workers’ Compensation and Auto Liability. In addition, Mr. Moosher worked for FOCUS Healthcare Management where he provided oversight for the company’s bill review services, PPO networks and out-of-network healthcare cost containment for workers’ compensation.
Mark Neer—Senior Vice President, Network Development
Mark Neer is Senior Vice President of Network Development for Rockport Healthcare Group and has served in this role since January 2000. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on physician practice management, network development and managed care. Mr. Neer is responsible for the continued development and expansion of Rockport’s national preferred provider network. He oversees the network development team, and manages the provider contracting methodologies and approach for the network. Mr. Neer is responsible for network certifications through state agencies throughout the country and is a founding member of the credentialing committee for the network. He also oversees the client services team and provides direction for account management functions.
John Paolacci—Senior Vice President, Integrated Services
John Paolacci is Senior Vice President of Integrated Services for Forté and has nearly 20 years of experience managing and developing workers’ compensation and cost containment programs for self-insured employers and groups, associations and insurers. Mr. Paolacci oversees bill review operations, state certified managed care programs and networks, and integrated service offerings. Previously, he served as Vice President of Business Strategies with Frank Gates Service Company, which included management responsibilities for managed care, bill review services and support operations. During his career, Mr. Paolacci has held several management positions including District Manager and Vice President of Self-Insured Operations for Frank Gates and Director of Operations for NRM, Inc.
